We ordered Flammkuchen (something quick to make) at 12h30 and, after waiting for about 25 minutes, we realized that they were just starting to be made, even though no customer had ordered any food before us. When I complained, instead of apologizing the waiter said explicitly that the staff had had other things to do than to take care of customers. He added that my complaints were unacceptable.
When the food did come, it turned out that he had overlooked one of the items we are ordered. Instead of admitting it, he claimed sarcastically that he was a bad waiter in order to have another customer nearby support him.
Another thing: the place tricks you into believing that it is children friendly because it is in a park by a play ground and has a small play area in its premises. But in fact almost all the decorations inside are erotic images, which is grossly inappropriate.
