I went to this Vet today only to tell me I need to go to another vet for examination and paid 96 eur for that. Thanks, it seems about right. Overly priced for nothing.

Our puppy had an injury and I called for assistance (29-07-21). As soon as the receptionist heard that I was not native German speaking, she disconnected the phone with no explanation. This happened 3 times in a row.

If the service on the phone is any indication for service of the rest of the business, I would rather find some other place to take care of your pet.

Dr. Deckena and his team are simply amazing. They all speak English and they are super friendly and helpful. My dog (Happy) suffers from anxiety and it is not easy to treat her, but Dr. Deckena handled the situation very calmly. He listened to all my concerns and found the best solution. Happy had a severe dental problem, which led to a difficult operation on her teeth. She is now in recovery and doing great.

I was there because my puppy had an eye infection. They did not examine the eye (because my pup was jumping around, could not stand still) but showed me an article on their website related to eye infections. After that I was given an expensive eye cream, no medicine/antibiotics at all. At the check-out I was surprised with unfriendly behavior towards my jumping puppy and with a shocking high bill. After one week I went to an other vet. The eye was red, highly infected and quick help was needed. My poor pooch was given an antibiotic cream. After two days it got better already.

We have 3 senior cats, and each has a special problem that needs help -- 2 with IBD and 1 with Hyperthyroidism. On top of that, our German is not yet very good, and we frequently need help in English. The team here is taking great care of our little family, working closely with specialists at the Norderstedt Tierklinik and all over Hamburg to make sure we get the best care possible *and* they are supporting us with our limited German skills in English. Even during these trials with COVID, they have been there for us when we need them. They have been amazing, we can't recommend them more. u003c3
