Went to a private party here and it was just ok. It is an interesting building, but as an concrete bunker do not expect any mobile signal inside. It did have a nice balcony with a great view and the drinks were reasonably priced, although I would have preferred a wider selection of beer.

The bar is located at the top of the former flack tower, the view from the terrace is absolutely amazing. Don't expect to get a cell phone signal inside though as the walls are ceiling are several meters of reinforced concrete thick.

Very good atmosphere. Ilse de Lange was very closeby and sang great. Wonderfull oefening!
