With my next order, I'll take a look at Darjeeling and test it, as well as green tea, here the famous Pi Lo Chun, which has a bitter finish, which I particularly appreciate. A bitterness which, depending on the type of preparation, can hardly be present. I appreciate the bitterness, however. Synopsis: Good delivery time, price okay, very good quality and I received a Darjeeling sample (this is how you win customers) in a nice wooden box. Recommended dealer, has won me as a customer. Ich hatte von der guten Qualität und, was mir besonders wichtig war, dass der Händler vor Ort, also in Indien etc. kauft, gehört. Also gab ich dem Unternehmen eine Chance und kaufte dort ordentlich Tee. Hier die Resultate:
Assam Hausmarke: Gut gearbeitetes Blatt mit Tips. Kein staubigen Gefühl beim Riechen und prüfen der Konsistenz. Ein wenig Tee auf der Hand und man sieht alles. Guter, kräftiger Geschmack, wie es sein sollte. Malziger Abgang im Rachen. Blattqualität sauber. Empfehlenswert mit Milch, Sahne. Ich trinke ihn lieber pur mit etwas Zucker. Earl Grey: Der Klassiker. Auf schwerer Assam Basis. Keine preiswerte Ceylon/China/Vietnam Mischung. Der Tee könnte etwas stärker aromatisiert werden, da durch die Schwere der Assam geschmacksbestimmend ist. Jedoch wunderbar im Abgang, vom Geruch her frisch, zitronig wirkend, Blatt mit Tips und sauber verarbeitet. Ein guter Tee mit Sahne oder ohne, je wie der pers. Geschmack ist. Beim Reiben in der Hand, aromatisch und hart, kein Dust beim Reiben. Angenehmer, kräftiger Geschmack, nicht so leicht, wie bei preiswerten Mischungen. Yunnan, schwarz. Auch hier ein sauberes Blatt, gut verarbeitet, kräftig im Geschnack und ganz leicht rauchig im Abgang. Gute Qualität, beim Reiben hart und leicht holzigens Aroma. Keine Stängel, ein Zeichen guter Qualität. Yunnan schwarz überzeugt den Gaumen, wie einige der China Schwarztees, in China "roter Tee" genannt. Bei meiner nächsten Bestellung werde ich mir einmal Darjeeling anschauen und testen sowie Grüntee, hier der berühmte Pi Lo Chun, der einen bitteren Abgang hat, was ich besonders schätze. Eine Bitternis, welche je nach Zubereitungsart auch kaum vorhanden sein kann. Ich schätze jedoch die Bitternis. Synopsis: Gute Lieferzeit, Preis in Ordnung, sehr gute Qualität und ich erhielt ein Darjeeling Pröbchen (so gewinnt man Kunden) in einer schönen Holzkiste. Empfehlenswerter Händler, hat mich als Kunde gewonnen. Trinke jeden Tag ca. 2.5 L Tee seit meinem achtzehnten Lebensjahr.
