Nice hotel, great value good for the price, in a very convenient position but quite noisy. The staff is extremely friendly and nice.

The rooms are big and comfortable, with great bathrooms. Breakfast is quite good. During the day is a very quiet hotel if you need to work or do your things. The position is quite central.

Unfortunately, the area is not the quietest in Hamburg. You can hear music from clubs, and this requires closing the windows. Without air conditioning is very warm. If you have to work, consider that The wifi in the room is quite shaky (at least in mine).

It was good experience overall.

It is located very close to the subway and touristic place so I recommend for people without children.

Room itself is ok but the noise of the music and people on the street is hard to bear in the evening.

Breakfast is quite good quality and the service. Quite large parking space also.

Loud music until 6 AM, Staff wasn't bothered to help me or to give me compensation of some sort when asked.

Was not able to sleep a single night while i visited due to this.

Cleaners entered my room while i was in there multiple times even though i put the sign "Do not disturb" on the door.

Granted, i DID book a room which it said "Room above club with loud music", i understood this as there would have been loud music until maybe 2 AM but no, expect loud music all night long.

I only recommend this hotel if you are looking to party all night long every night during your visit.

For those whom want a calm hotel visit this is not place.

I will not be coming back.

It was a very good experience for the first time in Hamburg. Very central and within the party district. Lots of food joints and bars.

Surprising good
I booked the hotel by thinking and considering not to get ta really good place as I chose St. Pauli by not looking for an 'entertaining night'.
It was really really good. The room was clean, cozy, the beds are super comfortable. Normally I sleep 5 to 6 hrs, on this amazing mattress I slept 9 hrs - incredible.
As we were in the middle of the party zone, I expected a loud night, but it was great.
The selection for breakfast is for a three stars hotel very, very good. They offer one of the best coffees I have ever tried in a hotel.
The price is not cheap but OK and affordable.
It's definitely recommended to consider this hotel for one or more nights.
Maybe the noise will be way more during weekend - so, consider what you are looking for.

The hotel was decent especially for the price paid. One thing that didn't work properly was the shower. Somehow even with the shower's doors closed the water managed to get to the corridor.

Update: I originally gave 3 stars to the hotel. Yet, I have changed it since I do not believe one should be offended and called not intelligent for it. This is not the way grown up people should handle situations.
