Amazing food, amazing service! The cheese fondue was absolutely worth it and wonderful Swiss wine to compliment it. Will be first on our list to go to next time we're back in Hamburg.

Ach, was war das ein netter uns gemütlicher Abend. Den Bauch voller Käse rollten wir nach Hause. Köstlich war das Käsefondue. Wir hätten so gern noch die Tobleronemousse probiert, aber es ging nichts mehr. Eine feine Gin Auswahl und eine wirklich herzliche, zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Bedienung haben den Abend perfekt gemacht. Einzig die Tatsache, dass der starke Käsegenuss anscheinend meine Rechenfähigkeiten vernebelt hat und ich unangemessen wenig Trinkgeld gegeben habe, wie mir auf dem Heimweg bewusst wurde, kann diesen Abend trüben. Zunächst einmal sei vorweg bemerkt: das Essen im Schweiz Ahoi (sowohl Raclette als auch Fondue) ist größtenteils großartig! Die Hausmischung ist super lecker und auch die anderen Käsemischungen und Darreichungsformen sind lecker.

Wenn ich jedoch an einem Abend mit Freunden etwas feiern möchte und eine hohe dreistellige Summe einplane, dann erwarte ich neben gutem Essen auch Service. Und dieser fehlt leider vollständig.

* nicht oder falsch beantwortete E-Mails im Vorfeld oder schlicht "Erinnerungslücken" bzgl. der Vereinbarungen
* ewiges Gehetzt-sein der zwei Mitarbeiter
* beim Servieren der Vorspeisenplatte eine Maschinengewehr-Salve an Wörtern, die selbst bei größter Aufmerksamkeit nicht zu verstehen waren - dann kann man sich das auch schenken, ist halt Wurst und Käse
* nicht ein EINZIGES Mal wurde aktiv nachgefragt, ob man vielleicht doch noch etwas trinken wollte (bei zehn Personen)
* ein andauerndes und übergriffiges Bevormunden durch die weibliche Mitarbeiterin (angefangen damit, wie bestimmte Elemente auf dem Tisch zu stehen haben bis hin zu wie man etwas nutzen darf oder auch nicht ...)
* ein völlig unterdimensionierter Tisch für zehn Personen (wir hatten 3 Tische aneinander, 4 Personen neben uns hatten 2 Tische, 2 Personen hatten einen Tisch - Fazit: lieber 2x4 und 1x2 Personen reservieren, dann hat man auch 5 Tische und genügend Platz) - das allein war schon eine krasse Frechheit!
* ein andauerndes Belauschen der Gäste sowie ein völlig unangebrachtes aggressives Eindringen in die Privatsphäre Dritter inklusive körperlicher Berührung (die manch einer schon als Angriff werten könnte)

Ich könnte diese Liste jetzt noch fortführen, aber ich hab' irgendwie keinen Bock mehr. Genauso wenig wie ich Lust habe, dort noch mal "Gast" zu sein.

Sehr schade drum, Essen hui - Crew/Atmosphäre pfui! Vielleicht denkt ihr über einen Shop für eure Käsemischungen nach und verleiht Raclette und Fondue-Geräte.

Sehr leckeres Käsefondue. Wir hatten die Appenzeller Variante, die etwas kräftiger im Geschmack ist. Auch der Nachtisch war super. Dazu noch nette Bedienung und der Abend war perfekt. Komme gerne wieder.
