Delicious pizza with crispy thin dough. The pasta was also really good. The service was friendly but we had to wait quite long for the main courses to arrive.

I liked the atmosphere of this restaurant, located in the center of Ottensen, in an old factory.
The pizzas were delicious, but we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get them.
The brownies was very moist and with good chocolate taste!

Fantascic beer. Good ingredients, thin base, large pizzas (from 11 to 15 €). Nice service people. Desserts only if you like strage combinations of fruits. The place was a propeller factory. Lovely

This is just a restaurant pretending to be very fancy and sofisticated with mediocre overprized food. I paid 20 euros for pasta with truffels, to my surprise it was just pasta with cream and FOUR tasteless truffle pieces. I am pretty sure they just added some truffle oil to try to bring some flavor to the dish. An Italian would have had a heart attack just by staring at that dish. The audicity of serving that just shows they believe customers are idiots, I felt insulted and it killed my mood for the evening. The fish dish of my friend was tasty, but overprized, same with dessert. Food took forever and the waiters, although friendly, were very slow and not really paying attention to the tables.

The food was delicious and the place is beautiful.
I had a meat plate and the other two people had pizza. Everyone loved their food and the house wine.
It's not the cheapest place, as you can guess from the look of it, but it was worth it. The location helps too, with the nice architecture and a lot of coffee places to go afterwards.

Classy food and simply the best pizza in town!

Eisenstein is nicely situated inside the Zeise Hallen, an old engine manufacturing hall. The owner kept this industry style throughout the restaurant, which creates a very special atmosphere. Sometimes it gets quite loud in here – if you prefer more silence ask for a table behind the old oven. On sunny days outside seating is also available and very nice.

The menu always offers some classy dishes, that are based on Mediterranean cuisine. You can opt to combine those into a 3 or 4 course menu of your liking. Aside from that, Eisenstein offers a broad range of highly individual pizzas. Those are basically their signature dish and highly recommended!

In contrast to your everyday restaurant, the service team is very good. Everyone is well trained, kind and does a very good job. It's always a pleasure to be at the Eisenstein!

Visually stunning place, okay service and their everchanging dinner menu is great, not a fan of their pizzas though.
