Great hotel in a central location in Hamburg. Close to the bus stop and only 2 stops from the train station. The rooms are modern, clean and the service is great. Limited parking is available on site, but takes some skill getting in and out of the parking garage if you have a big car.

Right on the lake at the end of the Saint Georgi district, a 12 min walk from Hamburg Central Station, this little gem of a hotel has all you could want in a stay in Hamburg. They welcomed me and my small dog with comfortable details that were very kind.

Decent and affordable hotel near Hamburg city center.

Positive:
- Friendly staff
- Affordable
- Solid old building

Negatives:
- There were advertisements on my bed
- Blinds don't block sunlight at all
- Door locking mechanism is difficult to use (Mine was broken too and had to be repaired)

Can recommend ????

Location is great but room need a little bit of upgrade with ac during summertime and new furnitures.
Outside of the hotel looks a little bit rundown.

Staff was helpful.

Stayed in room 88 for one night, I arrived around 13:00 I didnt want to check-in early or anything I juat asked if I can finish the paper work Rc filling out, providing Id's.....etc. so I dont have to worry about it later (travelling with two kids is not easy)
The lady was soooo unhelpful and told me plainly NO!! We dont need anything, so I asked not even an ID??????
The reply was no so i said that i could be a criminal...she didnt reply.
The late shift staff were more than helpful and very kind (Thank you late shift u realy made my day)❤

Nice old place, the staff in the breakfast buffet was friendly, and the food was fine. The location is in front of the river. The hotel is near places you want to go in Hamburg, and scooters are available everywhere too.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing breakfast, lovely view (room 40), a free water bottle, bus station near by.
