the employees are super friendly, very professional, very good. but don’t stay at this place when you’re over 25, the other guests are very young, loud and impolite. also, don’t stay here in the summer, the rooms don’t have any AC and get very hot and sultry. the hotel is in a very busy street above a very loud bar (which is normal because it’s in the middle of the city), but it’s impossible to sleep in a hot room without the windows open. and as soon as you open the windows, the music from the bar is very loud.
so, just stay here when you’re a boy in his teens and it’s under 20C outside. have fun!

The room was nice and clean. It was great to stay be able to fit 6 in a room. Service is friendly and helpful. A bit slow tho. But very nice overall. A bit expensive

If you want a calm place to stay... forget it! Very loud the whole night. In share rooms beds are together.... I'd never recommend it for women traveling alone nor families. Down there is a bar and it's super loud. The only thing I liked was the breakfast.

Ear plugs is standard in the room due to the noisy neighborhood ????

very clean and fresh, lovely staff and breakfast a little bit loud but seeing as it is on the main street that’s acceptable, no problem for family’s to stay there even though it is in the red light district. free wi-fi and really cool double beds.

Great Expirience all over!
We booked a 2 people Room about 3 hours before moving in and everything went perfectly.
We even got upgraded to a 5 People room for free, The room was great and clean, there were free waffles, and for someone who wants to expirience hamburgs nightlife the location is perfect. The shower was really nice aswell, overall great expirience for very little money.

Food is terrible. The honey they serve at breakfast is just syrup and sugar.
