Best cheesecake I have had in my life. Their cheesecake and raspberry sauce is just heavenly. And fantastic filter coffee of course. They have nice outdoor seating too. Cool place to hangout with friends. Definitely a great addition to the third wave coffee scene of Hamburg.

The La Paz was delicious and I will definitely be ordering from Public Coffee Roasters again. Quite a few chains in Hamburg now and the quality of the coffee is great!

I really like this place! The atmosphere is cozy, relaxed. You can sit down and read a bit, use your computer or just enjoy the great coffee and pastries served here. You can also buy coffee and other products (could make great souvenirs!). The staff was very friendly. Next time I visit Hamburg I will return to this place!

Great level to detail, spacious cafe with refreshing snacks (???? everything ❤️) and minimalist interior design. Perfectly located in a brick wall building with beautiful outdoor seating. Bringing some more serious 3rd wave coffee flavor to this part of the city.

*Edit* the food is as minimalistic as the interior design and it is absolutely outstanding. Perfectly selected organic food. Rarely haven't see that much attention to the detail. Brilliant!

I was in Hamburg for a business trip. I enjoyed a lot the forniture and the style of this cafeteria. There's a wide range of choices and staff is very kind!

Probably one of the best coffees I’ve ever had, and I‘m a “home barista” myself, so I understand a thing or two about good quality coffee. The crema… ????! These guys are doing it all right!
