Heute gab es ein Missverständnis bei der Bestellung.
Bestellt war ein Salat mit Dressing, das Dressing war allerdings nicht vorrätig. Da mir der Salat aber mit den 3 übrigen Dressings nicht schmeckt, wollte ich einen Wrap statt des Salats.
Der Salat war offenbar schon vorbereitet und der Mitarbeiter am Telefon fragte etwas patzig, ob Pizza Max denn jetzt mehr Geld für mich ausgeben solle - das Dressing koste schließlich viel weniger als der Wrap.
Jetzt habe ich einen Salat ohne Dressing u0026 einen Wrap bekommen, obwohl ich nur einen Wrap wollte. 5 Sterne für die Kulanz :D
Nächstes Mal vielleicht nachfragen, bevor der Salat fertig ist und sonst in den Müll geht…
