This was my first order from Pimkie and will be my last, I would advise against EVERYONE ordering from here. Customer service gets a 0 from me. Requests will not be processed. And the previous Google reviews unfortunately also confirm my experience. Terrible!!

Ich habe eine Bestellung vor ca. 1 Monat getätigt, die Lieferung hat sich schon extrem verzögert, letztlich kam meine Bestellung nach ca. 2 Wochen an.
Nun wollte ich eine Retoure tätigen und bei der Post konnte der Scan-Code vom Rücksendeetikett nicht gelesen werden, da dieser ungültig sei!!
Meine Anfragen werden vom Kundenservice nicht bearbeitet und das Telefon ist ständig „besetzt“, sprich es ist niemand erreichbar. Ich möchte, dass das Problem schnellstens behoben wird und mein Geld zurück bekommen!! Ich möchte ein richtiges Rücksendeetikett erhalten und meine Retoure tätigen, das kann doch nicht so schwer sein!!
Das war meine erste Bestellung bei Pimkie und wird auch meine letzte sein, ich rate JEDEM davon ab hier zu bestellen. Der Kundenservice bekommt eine 0 von mir. Anfragen werden nicht bearbeitet. Und die bisherigen Google-Bewertungen bestätigen leider meine Erfahrung ebenfalls. Entsetzlich!!
