I like this Yoga studio as the instructors are super professional. They know what they are doing and don't mind correcting your pose when needed. They also explain what the different poses are good for. This place is tidy and cozy. You can chose among various Yoga classes in German and English. You can borrow a Yoga matt for 1€, drink nice Yoga tea and buy other things like sweaters, shirts and books. Vouchers are also available. I really like practicing yoga with the peace out team! Thanks for the nice Yoga practice!

Ein wunderbares Yoga-Studio mit Ausnahmelehrerinnen und Lehrern die einem weit mehr vermitteln als nur Asana. Die Stunden sind klar strukturiert und für verschiedene Level ausgerichtet. Von Anfänger bis Fortgeschrittene ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich hatte das Glück meine 250h Vinyasa Ausbildung bei Eva und Eric machen zu dürfen und kann dieses Teacher Training uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Genauso jedes Personal Training mit Eva oder Eric ist großartig und bringt einen immer weiter. Ein Glück für jeden der den Weg in dieses tolle Studio findet !

Großartiges Yoga Studio! Eric und seine Frau Eva sind beide richtig tolle Yoga Lehrer die voll und ganz auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer eingehen und es immer wieder schaffen, dass ich schon nach nur 5 Minuten völlig entspannt bin und im Moment ankomme. Und das Beste: du kannst zwischen englischer und deutscher Yogastunde auswählen. Bald werde ich auch an einem der tollen Workshops des Studios teilnehmen. Auch gut: ab sofort können auch Schwangere im Studio Yogastunden nehmen. Eindeutig das beste Studio in dem ich je war.
