Pho Bo (200) schmeckt sehr gut. Das Problem ist, dass man sie zur Mittagszeit (bis ca. 14 Uhr) nicht bekommt. Man steht an und wird dann (meistens) einfach abgewiesen, weil die Zubereitung angeblich so aufwendig ist. Das ist ziemlich enttäuschend und eigentlich inakzeptabel, darum 5 Sterne für die Suppe und nur 2 Sterne Abzug für den Kundenumgang. Ich gebe zu, die Bewertung ist sehr subjektiv, bitte selbst beurteilen.
Nachtrag: das verwinkelte Layout mit den integrierten, blockierenden Säulen wirkt auf mich behindernd und ausgesprochen ungemütlich, was den Sternabzug unterstützt.
