I called the company number, explained what I wanted and was directed to the Hamburg center, when I asked her if she speaks English, she rudely said no, and started giving attitude and told a lie that she could not hear me and hung up the call.

Very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and unpleasant attitudes towards a customer.

I will not spend my money where people are rude.

Let's say you do have options, pleasant store, but not much higher as Poco quality. All the merchandise is with sale price, which personally makes me so in disbelief, as there is no way that that was the original price.

Longer opening hours would be highly helpful. Friendly and compassionate personal. Pocket friendly products. On sale items recommended. Huge parking on premise.

The most pathetic organisation. A guy from the information desk told us they had 2 chairs which we wanted to buy. We paid for it. Went to lager to collect it. After waiting for 2 hours, we were told that the chairs were in fact not available. When we went back to the kasse, the guy who told us that these chairs were available started telling the lady at the kasse that he did not sell us these chairs. There is no system in place to track anything here. Would never go back
