The hotel is ideal for overnight stays for concert participants at the Volksparkstadion - it is just a 15-minute walk away. Free underground parking. Nice and helpful staff. Very good, quite varied breakfasts. Free wifi of average quality. The bathroom in the room has a bathtub. There is air conditioning, but it works noisy. The beds were comfortable, the room was well-equipped and as far as possible - clean, a bit too little lighting. Room definitely in need of renovation: dirty carpet and curtains, stained wallpaper, cracked upholstery on the sofa. At this price, however, it could be a bit better.

Clean and comfortable, it has free parking space, very welcoming staff. The only issue was that the breakfast is not free of charge, adding it to room price makes it expensive.

A convenient and well know hotel to stay in. Very clean and accommodating. Decent size rooms with tv - basic tea facilities- safe - hair dryer and any additional items can be borrowed from reception. ( irons and chargers) . Has a large dining area with standard but good quality buffet breakfast. Can highly recommend for facilities and cleanliness.

This hotel has it's qualities, but also some down sides. The location is very good and there is a bus station very near by. The staff is very nice and the parking is free. The rooms are spacious and offer everything one needs on a business trip, except a LAN socket. What bothered me though was the bath room. The water in the sink barely drained, the shower head and hose should have been renewed ages ago (room 611). Also the cleaning staff did not do a good job in the bath room, found some hair here and there that was not mine and some fairly dusty places. The room itself was ok. So except for the bath room, I was happy with my stay.

It is ok, but I would not call it a '4 stars' hotel. It is pretty clean and the personal is fine. They don't have a mini bar in the room. The rooms have air conditioning and TV.
Also, when you book the room and pay online by card they can not make the bill on two names (even if you mention it from the beginning) - this is only possible if you pay for the room at the reception.
