KFC should be ashamed of themselves .

The fries are not the official ones advertised
The chicken bites I ordered were chunks of inedible chicken . Not tender and poor quality . I wasted 10 euros. Service was fine and the team are trying to do the best (I visited in a Sunday 31st July) but the food quality embarrassing poor

What the hell are you doing KFC !

Very disorganized place! I ordered from a self-serve kiosk and the staff had forgotten about my order. Burgers I finally got were barely edible, not to mention this place definitely needs to upgrade its hygienic standards! Avoid this place if you can. Visited in June 2022.

Very bad service. Took the delivery and on reaching home found there is no dip/sauce even though I had added it separately.

If you ever plan to take out ... Make sure to check each ingredient is as per order than later being sorry about choosing this KFC outlet.

Being a food chain it has to maintain certain standards which this place doesn't have. I would suggest you rather try something else than KFC here. Staff werr not that bad but the place was dirty. It is an open kitchen so that is what you see first.

They are not taking order and chatting each other. And take other from some guy who gave 5 mins later than me....
I had a train to catch, so I couldnt order food.

It's alright, a typical KFC. You'll be fine as long as you don't have to deal with their staff, the kiosk to order are your friend!

Worst burger of my life. You can buy better ones in the freezer section of Aldi.
They somehow forgot our order and when my girlfriend asked for it they had to "remake" it.
Oh and the soda was closer to 200 ml than the promised 300ml.
1 star for the decent fries
