I was here 6 years ago and I must say they have gotten worse. Burgers and fries quite good, but they used to be definitely better. The staff had serious problems with English, they answered me only in German (fortunately I can speak German in part, so I understood). They gave me a more expensive burger than the one I ordered, probably because of the language barrier.

If you‘re a vegan, don‘t visit this restaurant!

After YEARS JB finally decided to offer some vegan options. But funfact: they‘re not vegan :) If you order a vegan burger it comes with cheese. First I thought it was vegan cheese buuuuuut after asking the staff turns out: it‘s not :D

So after I complained about this, I thought they would change the signposting. They didn‘t.
But (don‘t ask me why, so stupid I know) I decided to give them another chance and again ordered a vegan burger. This time, as a special surprise, there wasn‘t any cheese nononono THIS TIME they gave me a „vegan burger“ with real meat :)))))

Of course they excused and of course I have a coupon now for a free menu but I‘m still sitting here with a dead animal in front of me. So thanks for nothing JB :)

Had a perfectly pleasant evening here, but the burgers aren't too good and the ambience is lacking. It's not really like a diner, nor is it really kitted out like a restaurant, and in the end it doesn't really carry off the whole 'service on trays, half fast food' idea and just comes off cheap. The bun I had was airy/floury and the burger a bit dry and flat-tasting. I think it is only the social aspect that would stop me from eating in at a nicer fast-food location instead.

Good bread for the burger. The meat nicely seasoned. Also the fries were fresh and crispy

Worst food ever! Way to expensive! Mc Donalds better
