Good location, impeccable rooms, clean, and I liked the park view from the tenth floor. The restaurant and bar was closed "because of the pandemic" ... I have the impression that they just want to keep it closed for as long as possible. The reception and the lobby area have a 3-star feeling about them.

The reaction of the hotel about under neath message is higly untrue. I asked the recption together with my 2 collagues to change the extreme high temperature. But they did not do anything together with their reaction i can only say never more

The temperature in the rooms is shocking high and the airco cannot bring it down.
Therefor sleeping is a nightmare.
Also the temperature in the hotel is uncomfortable warm.
This is all a pity as the rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good.

We had a great 4 nights stay here. The personnel are friendly, attentive and reliable. The view from the window is fantastic! The breakfast is the same everyday but there's a lot of choices. My only complaint: the pillows! Buy new ones please!

Nice hotel with great parking. Good location, not directly in the busy area, but only 10 min walk to the main square. Great for running as well as it's right between few parks ..

Nice spacious hotel just opposite Planten und Blumen. Clean room. Staff was friendly. Beautiful view from the high floor. I think normally you can get a bus just outside, however it was not running. The metro station was 7 min away. I love that the public transport card is also included. We could not use it much because of the storms.

Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Only one bottle of water was given for the 3 day stay even though the room amenities said water is included. Would have been nice if it was one bottle per day. Even though there was a sign that towels will not be changed if you leave them on the rack, our towels were changed every day.

Decent hotel for the price, good location. Plus you get a free bus/train pass which is brilliant!

Great sleep. Great breakfast. Missed evenings hot chocolate. But everything went good.
