Clean u0026 quiet hotel with comfortable bed u0026 pillows.
It's a great value option with the public transportation ticket included in the price for the whole duration of the stay.
Would definitely recommend it!

From the downsides - the rooms are rather small and the view might be non-existent (we had the view to the courtyard-roof of the 2nd floor) but if you plan to come over to the hotel only to sleep u0026 have some rest before continuing exploring Hamburg - these points are of less or no relevance.

The rooms are clean and modern. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Additionally, the WiFi speed is excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to U- and S-stops and surrounded by a coffee shop (Espresso House), various supermarkets and restaurants.

The hotel was really nice and a good location. The main reason for my 5 star review however is the staff.

I left my ipad and glasses in the hotel after rushing to get a flight. The staff (Julia in particular) where so helpful in helping me get my stuff back despite issues I had with customs. Thank you Julia you have been fantastic.

A bit far from the city center but the metro U1 and U3 are just steps away. Hotel also provided the day pass to take public transportation for free. Grocery shopping downstairs made it easy to resupply our water and food. Will come back and stay again.

My favourite hotel whenever I am in Hamburg. Super clean rooms with friendly employees. More breakfast options would be nice. Yet to check out the bar, hopefully free next time

I am very annoyed. The day of the check out the hotel charged to my account the same amount of the invoice they gave to me. But, 3 days later they charged to my account the expense again with a higher price. I have sent an email to the hotel and they replied me that the correct amount was the second one and that the double charge was, may be, an authorization process. I have told them that the invoice I have doesn't match with the second charge and I need the refund. They haven´t reply to me since that last email despite of my several claims and I continue having the double charge.

It is a very good and comfortable hotel. 100 m away there is public transport. These offer a direct connection to the mainstation, Reeperbahn etc. The ticket for public transport is included in the price. The only negative point is that there is no parking garage in the hotel. However, there is a public underground car park in the immediate vicinity. Costs 15 euros per day. We stayed two days... 30 euros! Unfortunately we lost our card for the car park so we had to pay a fee of 20 euros. ????
