Great place for a gourmet lunch or quick bite. Big variety of seafood. Cold and hot dishes. Very fresh ingredients. Lobster, caviar, different types of shrimps, seafood salats and cocktails. Wine and champagne.

Great place in the heart of Hamburg! If you want to taste really delicious seafood - you need to go at Hummerstand. Everything prepared and served with a great passion. Waitresses are great and they can advise you and help to choose. Wine cart is also good. So for a moment best place in Hamburg to eat and enjoy as for me. Definitely has to be visited!

I stopped here for a bite to eat. The seafood, caviar and wine were top notch. Excellent! When I approached the bar to ask the server to pay he toyed with me in a very negative and condescending exchange which ended in him asking me to remove my tinted glasses (I have an eye condition) if I wanted to pay. It was perhaps the most degrading end to a meal I have ever experienced. I think someone at upper management should speak to this employee.
