The beds are comfortable and rooms reasonably clean (Although the sofa in the room was a bit filthy). It's an ok place to stay if you're just passing through Hamburg and need a comfortable bed for the night, but that's about it.

Rooms are okay, breakfast is okay, service is nice. TV doesn't work, no signal (just pixelated pictures) and wlan is like isdn year 1998 -.-

Worst hotel experience yet . Stay away ... I contacted the hotel to say I was late (15 mins) and they told me no problem they would wait for check in - they didn’t wait so I had to find another hotel that night .
