The rooms are beautiful. Very classy furniture and delightfully decorated. The house cleaning services are discreet and the breakfast is great. I would recommend staying here a night or two if you're in the area. The garden in the middle is very well maintained and relaxing.

The room was small, dirty and dusty with spiders. It can be so noisy until 11pm. Receptionist attitude stinks. What you see on booking.com is not what you get!!!

Dining staff were not so accommodating. They don't offer silverwares and bowls ready in your room, hence, I asked for one. But probably due to communication barrier the dining staff looked a little irritated by my request. They also do not offer free or welcome water / drinks. Place is a little out of they city Centre and you needed to walk a little far to get a bus. Reception staff were nice enough to welcome you anyway.

Great place to stay because of its Victorian look. Rooms are great, great breakfast, nice ambiance and very friendly people serving for 24/7.
