I have asked for a decorations for our wedding anniversary. Nothing was. Done and nobody informed me in advance that they can't do it. So when I reached the room I was very disappointed.

Very professional and friendly staff. I had a clean single room with a size of about 12 m2. The in-house restaurant has delicious meals and high quality. No issues at all. Anytime again.

The rooms are quite and comfy, the standards are high. Receptionist and other staff were friendly and courteous. Great if you want to enjoy Hamburg and sleep in a quite place. The price was fair. Great Hote, recommended!

Cold in the room we become sick, long way from center. Hotell is like 2* absolutly not 4 *????????????????

Nice cosy place, very attentive and cordial staff, good breakfast. Rooms are a bit strangely setup with a lot of corners! A very big parking lot. Overall a good experience.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Single rooms are a bit small and the way to Hamburg centre with public transportation is quite long.
