Chosen originally for convenience of location, but we returned (twice) because the hotel, staff and Volksdorf itself were so nice. Beautiful modern and spacious rooms, great comfort and a warm welcome even in Covid crisis times. Pricier than average for the area but worth it. Will be back.

Very humble u0026 cooperative staff of hotel. Our hotel booking was cancelled by Company u0026 reached there by mistake u0026 stucked at late evening after journey of 18 hours. They offered coffee u0026 Pizza at no cost as well as cordinate with our company on behalf of us as it was difficult to describe problem u0026 arrange transportation at that time.

Located far away in the northern outskirts of Hamburg. Nice rooms and service.

Best hotel I know in the northern parts of Hamburg. Spacious modern rooms, centrally located in Volksdorf. We would definitely book this hotel again if we are in the area.

Stayed here 2 weeks nice clean room..near train station..park..to restaurants like block house and hacieda..5 stars for me
