I wanted my hair to be matted a bit after bleaching it. I was not properly advised and so I noticed after 3 washes that the color had completely washed out. When I called the salon and asked for a solution, the salon owner himself did not take me seriously, nor was I offered a solution. He got cheeky and even accused me of wanting to get services for free. "His colleagues are all trained and give the right advice."
So I would have been told that you can't overdye a bleaching. It may be true, but I was NOT well advised, otherwise I would not have agreed to a treatment for €120 that looks the same after washing my hair 3 times. Sad!
In my opinion, that was a clear complaint and after all, these are law in Germany.
We couldn't come to an agreement and so the salon lost me as a loyal and long-standing customer.

Ich wollte meine Haare nach einer Blondierung wieder etwas abmattiert haben. Ich wurde nicht richtig beraten und so merkte ich nach 3x Waschen dass sich die Farbe komplett rausgewaschen hatte. Als ich im Salon anrief und nach einer Lösung fragte, wurde ich vom Salonbesitzer höchstpersönlich, weder ernst genommen, noch wurde mir eine Lösung angeboten. Er wurde frech und unterstellte mir sogar dass ich Leistungen umsonst bekommen möchte. „Seine Kolleginnen seien alle geschult und beraten richtig.“
So hätte man mir gesagt dass man eine Blondierung nicht überfärben kann. Mag ja stimmen, aber ICH wurde eben NICHT gut beraten, sonst hätte ich nicht für 120€ einer Behandlung zugestimmt, die nach 3x Haarewaschen so aussieht wie vorher. Traurig!
Meiner Meinung nach war das eine eindeutige Reklamation und diese sind schließlich in Deutschland Gesetz.
Wir konnten uns nicht einigen und somit hat mich der Salon als treue und langjährige Kundin verloren.

Nie wieder werde ich diesen Laden betreten. Ich war gerade im Salon, hatte Cut and go wohl für 30 minuten gebucht, da ein Termin für Föhnen nicht zur Verfügung stand.

Die Friseurin Mari war sehr freundlich, durfte aber meine Haare nicht föhnen, da ich cut and go gebucht habe. Wie kann ein Frieseur bei nassen Haaren beurteilen, ob der Schnitt gut ist??? Auch ich selber durfte meine Haare nicht trocken föhnen, da es den Platz (welches sie nicht für den nächsten Kunden nutzen können) und Strom kostet. Das ist dem Besitzer wohl egal, ob man krank wird oder nicht… Also eigentlich wurde ich innerhalb von 20 minuten abgefertigt. Das nenne ich Geldmacherei!
