I ordered there a lot but they got my hotdog wrong and they put 2 extra bacon on a burger that they shouldn’t have! Sorry but im not ordering here anymore! Very disappointing

A disappointing experience. The Chili-Cheese-Dog was absolutely sub-par, made with cheap asia chili sauce from the supermarket. The relish was okay but the Hot Dogs were warmed in a microwave. Can't recommend, sorry.

Ordered online with an estimated time of delivery of 85 minutes, after 2 hours we called: "Oh your order is the next one" and after 2:30 h nothing ever arrived.
EDIT: it arrived after 3 hours, and as a token of apologies we were offered a free mayo (less than half a euro)... The meat was overcooked and the milkshake watery.

Their burgers are okay but do not ever ever order there Boston grill plate or anything under steak section in that regard. It's disgusting. They try to pass burger meat as steak and the ribs came hard, half cooked and tasted like detergent. Only the chicken was edible. The fries and potatoes wedges are cold and hard and can't be swallowed easily. Worse thing of it all: they charge 15 euros for then disgusting grill plate.

I like the place but the food could taste a little better. Toasted buns and better fries, for example.

Frozen patties, fries and mass produced bread. I was expecting fresh ingredients. Nice and attentive staff though.

The food isn't great but has a nice American Diner atmosphere.
