First, I have to say that I really like the classes and the instructors here, I have personally taken many classes because most instructors are very engaged – Unfortunatelly, I cannot say the same about the user experience in HyCycle. I have to agree with many of the comments regarding the place. It is very small and that difficults the training, the waiting and the preparation. There are plenty opportunities of improvement. It is a real pity, particularly as the classes are not inexpensive at all (on the contrary) and I guess I could expect a higher experience. If the competition can keep up with the level of trainers and offer a better user experience I might then switch...

Some teachers are doing great classes, but some not, there is no consistence in how the classes should be given. And there is just not enough space. Now that Rocycle opened in Hamburg I am only going there cause it is spacious, less expensive and better classes. Step up your game Hicycle!

Such an amazing spinning place. The music, the trainers and the staff - all excellent. Very caring, especially when it's your first time. I like that it's not insanely loud and you can really follow your own pace if it gets too tough. There are free showers, towels, soaps, shampoo and hygienic products if needed. And free refillable water. Check out their monthly specials, so so great. Can't wait to go again.

It's amazing place not only to get into shape but simply to have amazing fun on bike, make your head free after work or get motivated before work. Crew is also amazing each trainer brings amazing energy and get your so sweaty that waterproof mascara can't last it. Must do -

This little studio has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, the staff is caring and very friendly, the instructors are absolutely amazing! Great concept and incredibly addictive and fun workout. Absolutely recommend it!
