Emergencies here are not emergencies.

We had to come twice with our baby to the emercency, first time she had high fever, which caused her convulsion. At the reception, when the nurse took baby's temperature, was showing 37.6 and. Nurses reaction?! Rolls eye over her head. (30 minutes after paracetamol, temperature dropped).
Waiting time to see the doctor, approx 4 hours.
In the end she was hospitalized for 2 days. After 2 days they released the baby, guess what, still with fever. We were told to continue with paracetamol when she has fever.

Second time(two weeks later), we waited to see the doctor with 39-39.6 temperature for at least 4 hours. They did nothing. btw, second time is still related to the first one. Baby was not cured after first time.

Third time. We will go to a different hospital, definitely.

Understaffed u0026 unprofessional.

Thanks for your 24 hours service but your doctors should be more careful with the kids and especially with the babies. On Sunday my baby was examined by a doctor. She couldn't find sth. On tuesday he got a serious ear infection after 5 days of high fever. So we got two more sleepless and painful days and my baby was almost motionless and we couldn't do anything else than giving him paracetamol until our kinderarzt could see the infection when it was clear enough that we had also noticed before the doctor...

Our son had fever over 40°C for upto a week now and we went there at 2 alternative night but we were asked to go home that there is nothing they can do about it.They said he has viral infection which might cause high fever for up to a week. Our son had already 2 experiences of convulsions due to constant high fever all thanks to their staffs. The second time he had the convulsive experience,we had already gone to hospital but they sent us home. We going back with him again,he had already started convulsing, that was how he was adimitted and was given proper treatment. How can we stay home with the constant fever and no sleep, without doing anything. All the medications weren't working but they still asked us to stay home.Seriously what type of hospital does that. Service is 0,0.

Our son had a high fever and pink eye while we were on vacation in Hamburg. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Yes, we had to wait many hours, from 830-23:30 on a Friday night, but overall a smooth experience.
