Furnishings are minimalistic but adequate. A clothes rack and a chest of drawers replace the wardrobe. Additional storage space can be found under the beds. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, the double bed has separate mattresses, which we appreciate.
The mini kitchen has the necessities, a refrigerator, a small dishwasher, two seran hobs, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker for pods. Kitchen utensils and crockery are provided, care should be taken to replace normal wastage. Just one wine glass was ok as I was alone except for the first night.
There is even a washing machine in the bathroom. Storing towels is a little more difficult because there are no hooks available apart from the towel dryer, not even next to the sink.

One front of the room consists of floor-to-ceiling, very high windows. This makes the room very bright and friendly. The only point of criticism, which is only relevant in the summer months, is that there are no sunshades on the outside of the windows. In the apartment I used, the sun shone on the windows from the morning, the anthracite-colored curtains offer protection if you want to sleep a little longer, but the color of the curtains and the window panes also heat up. On really hot summer days it becomes a heat problem in the apartment. This does not have to be the case in all apartments.

There is an ice cream parlor downstairs, the ice cream is delicious and the service is friendly. A supermarket is within walking distance and the bus stop to the city center is right in front of the house.

All in all a very good alternative to a hotel for a city trip to Hamburg. We would come back anytime.

Vom 01. bis 08.06. war ich zu Gast in den Hamburg-Nord-Apartments. Klein, aber fein wie schon die Fotos vermuten ließen. Das Ein- und Auschecken ist unkompliziert, da keine Rezeption gebraucht wird, Codes für Eingangstür und Apartment ersetzen die Rezeption. In der ersten Nacht war meine Mutter mit an Bord, da sie zu einer OP angereist ist. Wir konnten feststellen, dass auch körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen problemlos in das Apartment kommen und sich in diesem bewegen können. Ein Lift im Haus und ausreichend Freifläche um die Möbel sowie keinerlei Schwellen machen es möglich.
Die Einrichtung ist minimalistisch, aber ausreichend. Ein Kleiderständer und eine Kommode ersetzen den Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlicher Stauraum findet sich unter den Betten. Die Betten und Matratzen sind bequem, das Doppelbett verfügt über getrennte Matratzen, was wir zu schätzen wissen.
Die Miniküche bietet das Notwendige, einen Kühlschrank, einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, zwei Serankochfelder, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine für Pads. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sind vorhanden, wobei darauf geachtet werden sollte, dass der normale Schwund ersetzt wird. Nur ein Weinglas war okay, da ich außer in der ersten Nacht allein war.
Im Bad steht sogar eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Verstauen von Handtüchern wird etwas erschwert, da außer dem Handtuchtrockner keine Haken zur Verfügung stehen, auch nicht neben dem Waschbecken.

Eine Front des Zimmers besteht aus bodentiefen, sehr hohen Fenstern. Das macht das Zimmer sehr hell und freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt, der aber auch nur in den Sommermonaten relevant ist, besteht darin, dass außen an den Fenstern keinerlei Sonnenschutz vorgesehen ist. In dem von mir genutzten Apartment schien ab morgens die Sonne an die Fenster, die anthrazitfarbenen Vorhänge bieten zwar Schutz, wenn man etwas länger schlafen möchte, aber neben den Fensterscheiben heizen sich aufgrund der Farbe auch die Vorhänge auf. An wirklich sommerlich heißen Tagen wird es ein Hitzeproblem im Apartment. Das muss nicht in allen Apartments der Fall sein.

Der Vermieter ist auch bei außergewöhnlichen Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Eiscafé, das Eis ist lecker, die Bedienung freundlich. Ein Supermarkt ist in Fußnähe und auch die Haltestelle für den Bus zur Innenstadt befindet sich direkt vorm Haus.

Alles in allem eine sehr gute Alternative zum Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Hamburg. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Kontaktloser Check-in, eine kleine komplette Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein grosses bequemes Bett und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und sogar mit einer Waschmaschine. Auch das technische Equipment hat mich voll überzeugt. Superschnelles WLAN, ein großer Flachbildschirm mit allen Streamingdiensten, eine Raumbeleuchtung in allen Farben und Alexa, mit der man alles steuern kann. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
