Unbelievably rude security staff.
While the whole Reeperbahn festival consisted mainly of frustrating waiting times averaging an hour in rain or hail without even getting into the venue, staff at Häkken just killed it.
We waited a whole 20min for staff to check if there are seats available despite continuously showing them when people left the venue. When we finally got in, there were at least 15 spaces but we had already missed half of the show 'discovery zone'.

The bartender was friendly, the location and atmosphere is great. Very cozy, but posh. Fresh-cut flowers and candles. Very nice place!
