Me and my friends arrived at opening time and the que of people was very long (fair enough) but after the 1 hour waiting time one of my friends had to wait outside (after we had been accepted), because of his “ID” note he was our only colored friend. We had to leave early because my friend after waiting 20 minutes due to “ID issues” was told to leave… while we were inside we noticed there was almost no women and it was way too crowded. Isn’t recommended.

People leave negative reviews because they didn't enter the club, I am sorry but that's life, They can't just let anyone in!! You have to be well dressed and well mannered! Great people inside, and not a single misbehaving incident!!! Prices are great, considering that David Guetta, Snoop Dog and so many others have played music here! (those who disagree, I recommend checking the prices in NY and Dubai clubs)!!

Racist people and profiling, they don't allow anyone, despite waiting in the line for an hour....worst decision to visit the club, terrible crowd....I advice all tourists and maybe some people of hamburg to avoid this place at any cost...The bouncers there suck big time, they ask for references...why don't they put it on their website or at the entrance of the club if only you can only enter with references to avoid wasting our valuable time. Horrible experience, avoid at all cost not worth the entry fees of 5 Euros at all....! Loved Hamburg though, overall a great city and nice people...!!

There was a time when this was my go-to club, but a lot has changed since then.
First of all the bouncers: I noticed it depends on which ones are handling the door. There are a few who are really unfriendly and give off a very aggressive vibe, but most of them will talk to you normally and even wish you a good night, when you leave.
2) the jacket situation. It's handled very very badly now. Sometimes the cloakroom will not accept your jacket. Not because it is full, but (from what I gathered) because they can only check in a predecided number of coats. Why they can't just open another roll of tickets will forever be a mystery.
3) the crowd. The average age is probably around 18-25. Neither very chic nor overly casual. Something in between.
4) the music. They have a lot of different events and parties, but if it's fun mostly depends on the DJ and I have been to some House/Hip Hop parties that really sucked. (The House/Electro DJ is still very good.)
5) cleanliness: over all you can use the toilets without hesitation. The main room, and the smokers lounge are well-kept too. If the bar starts to feel a little sticky and you see the first crushed glass on the floor, it is time to leave, though. It goes downhill /fast/.

we have not being let inside as they said they let only Stammkunde inside!! Even concidering that we have registered ourselves on their website before. First experience in my life that as a girl I couldnt freely get inside. A damn secret community, will not recommend to anyone, policy of thr club is the worst. Who do they think they are?

Don't even bother going to this place if you are tourist or black. Stood in line for about an hour and these bouncers told me they can't let me in but if I can wait 2 hours, they will explain to me why they can't let me in. These people think we still on the 40s.
