Absolutely fabulous location and views over the water. Worth getting a water view if available. Restaurant and bar are really great and staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is really limited but available. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Small, tight, cozy but wonderful rooms. Dark decor but really is nice. Bodum coffee was a great touch.

terrible experience. tiny boiler room with no ac or air. zero coffee in the room. bed had stains and sheets had holes. street was so noisy i could barely sleep. i ended up checking out a day early and finding another hotel.

this is more like a 2 star hotel for sure. i can’t believe what a scam this place is.

The location of the hotel was very good and the view was as good as it gets. If you have celiac disease or any other food allergy I would not recommend this hotel. The staff had little to no knowledge about this at breakfast or dinner.

NO AC - be advised. NO on-site parking. No bellhops. We arrived at 1700 and room was not ready had to wait. NOT tourist friendly. Dining room not open sunday night. Welcome “drink” didn’t include cocktails. Disengaged staff not interested in helping travelers. ordered scrambled eggs got hard boiled. AVOID.

Small rooms, with a modern dark design, the bathroom incorporated in the mirror walls and with the water drainage system very noisy at night.

I tried to book a few rooms for work but it turns out this hotel does not care about people with disabilities, or the elderly for that matter. They only had rooms with bathtubs and no walk-in showers, which prevents me from staying here as I have reduced mobility and can't climb in and out of bathtubs safely. I find that discriminating and also highly inappropriate for a four star hotel.

They gave us room but was not free and people were in the room.
Empty bottle of water in the room
