Quaint little bar tucked away in a side street off Hansaplatz in Frankfurt. Don’t believe the reviews that portray the place as smelly and unclean, it isn’t at all, in fact it’s spotless. The host is a gent, despite us speaking different languages he is convivial and welcoming. He has a cute young lad working here too who is a delight to look at! Not expensive, and overall a decent place to have a few drinks. If you don’t speak German then people here may not warm to you, but as they say when in Rome…. ….it’s not a buzzing action bar or funky place but it’s not a mausoleum either. Try it for yourself, it’s a typical German bar. Very nice in my honest opinion. Get the Luca app if you are heading there during Covid!
