Ordered a garden shed in May 2022 for u003e700 euros. The delivery was planned 3 times, but each time the transport company simply didn't show up on the day (while I stayed home to receive it). The Dutch number on the website (tuin-huis-winkel.nl) simply goes straight to voicemail. After I left a message, they sent me an email saying that they would get back to me, but they never did. The transport company couldn't help me in any way either. I've spent hours on the phone, lost a whole summer without my product and now (after 3.5 months of waiting) have nothing. I've cancelled my order and am waiting for my money back. Not convinced I will get it back, based on this experience.
Horrible experience, terrible service, ridiculous that this is possible. If I could give MINUS five stars I would. Avoid at all cost.
