Leider nun mehrfach die Erfahrung machen müssen, das Angebote nicht vorhanden sind und wenn dann nur in geringen Mengen nach kommen. Beobachte dies nun seit Anfang vom Jahr…
Wenn man das Personal fragt, ob es möglich wäre, ne Bestellung für mich auf zu nehmen, bekommt man eine patzige Antwort das dies dann erst in der nächsten oder gar übernächsten Woche geliefert wird und es dann nicht mehr im Angebot sein. Kundenservice nenn ich definitiv etwas anderes.
Der einzige nette Verkäufer der wirklich immer gut gelaunt und freundlich ist, ist der junge Mann der dort arbeitet. Den Rest kann man nett ausgedrückt, vergessen. Auch nur ihm zu liebe den zweiten Stern.
Es gibt kein guten Tag an der Kasse geschweige denn ein bitte oder danke…

Ich werde in Zukunft nur noch beim Futterhaus für meine Vierbeiner einkaufen. Da wird Kundenservice und vorallem Freundlichkeit ganz groß geschrieben… und dafür geb ich gerne ein paar Euro mehr aus ;)
