I've been at Fitxpress in Rahlstedt for a few months and mainly do EMS training. The prices for the training and the laundry are fair and even rather cheap compared to other EMS studios. I received competent advice right from the start and even after months I still feel that I am in very good hands. Unlike in other studios, everything is a bit more personal here and you always have a contact person (also outside of the EMS training) to ask questions if you are unsure about an exercise, for example. Here you really get the impression that the trainers care that you achieve success yourself. In addition, the studio is clean and equipped with the most modern "equipment".

Over the past few months, I've come into contact with pretty much all of the staff, who, without exception, have been both competent and friendly. People live and love their jobs here!

Ich bin seit einigen Monaten bei Fitxpress in Rahlstedt und gehe hauptsächlich zum EMS-Training. Die Preise für das Training und die Wäsche sind fair und im Vergleich zu anderen EMS Studios sogar eher günstig.Von Anfang an wurde ich kompetent beraten und fühle mich auch nach Monaten noch sehr gut aufgehoben. Anders als in anderen Studios ist hier alles etwas persönlicher und man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner (auch außerhalb des EMS Trainings) um nachfragen zu stellen, wenn man sich bei einer Übung beispielsweise unsicher ist. Hier hat man wirklich den Eindruck, es liegt den Trainer:innen etwas daran, dass man selber Erfolge erzielt. Außerdem ist das Studio sauber und mit modernsten „Geräten“ ausgestattet.

Im Laufe der letzten Monate kam ich so ziemlich mit allen Mitarbeiter:innen in Kontakt, die wirklich ohne Ausnahme sowohl kompetent als auch freundlich waren. Hier leben und lieben Menschen ihren Job!

Wer also ein tolles Studio mit kompetent Mitarbeiter:innen sucht und nebenbei auch noch nachhaltig etwas über Fitness und Ernährung lernen möchte, der ist bei Fitxpress super aufgehoben!

Ich bin seit gut 2 Jahren Kunde bei Fitxpress.
Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, geht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein und sorgt stets für Abwechslung beim Training. Trainigsfortschritte werden dokumentiert und alle 6 Wochen wird der eigenen Trainingsplan angepasst.

Die Ausstattung ist gut in Schuss und vielseitig - das Team kümmert sich auch darum, dass regelmäßig neue/andere Trainingsmittel zur Verfügung stehen und baut diese zeitnah ins Training ein.

Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass immer mindestens ein Trainer vor Ort ist und immer mal wieder ein Auge darauf wirft, wie man gerade trainiert. Eine falsche Ausführung der Übungen wird so schnell gesichtet und gleich korrigiert. Außerdem steht immer jemand bei Fragen und Wünschen zur Verfügung.

Ich bin damals über ein Angebot zum Probetraining dort "gelandet" und dann als sehr zufriedener Kunde geblieben.
