Went yesterday for the first time. As international travellers we just wanted a day pass and the manager Andi was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The gym has everything you need and more, and is reasonably priced. Great selection of equipment over 3 floors and super friendly staff, and for those that are still learning the language, they speak English. Day pass gets you access to the sauna and steam room too which is a bonus. Thanks team Eppendorf!

My first training session with FitnessFirst went very well. Katja (the trainer) guided me very well and instructed me the workouts based on my focus areas. She is a very good trainer based on my experience so I can’t say about others. Overall, the fitness center is great with EGYM machines and free drinks ;)

Fitness First Eppendorf is the best place in Hamburg. Best location, vibe, equipment and people/team especially Khatia. She is very helpful.

An amazing place to train. I am travelling in Hamburg for a month and this is the best place I could find to not loose track of my motivation, the gym is spacious and super well geared, and the trainers are really helpful, many thanks to Tim who took his time to show me and explain me everything, super helpful and motivational trainer!

Hello Fitness first Ependorf a wonderful and special studio with all the best. Especially the people who work there are cultured and wonderful and smiles with lot of possitive energy. Khatia, Ellen, Ida, Marie Jeremy, Tim, Meyssam, Alex, in general are all good and greajt staff ????????????????????????

Would be good to know why FiFi is changing for worse. The new changing room is ugly and uncomfortable with these new metal boxes. It had a charme before with the elegant wooden safe. The safety with the card was also a lot higher than this new code system. The number of washing tabs are reduced.
The middle floor is very very dark with black Grey walls and very few lights. Hope these chase sometimes back to better again.
