Sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht. Das Studio ist mit den modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Beim Training wird man mit großer Aufmerksamkeit bedacht und durchaus auch gefordert. Es wird sehr darauf geachtet, dass die Haltung bei den Übungen richtig ist. Die Studioleitung ist sehr sympathisch und kompetent.
Ich komme gerne hierher, weil alles sehr gut zusammen passt. Neben der kompetenten Betreuung sind es die kleinen Details, die das Training angenehm gestalten. Eisgekühltes Handtuch nach dem Training, Duschen, Schließfächer,... und natürlich die lockere Atmosphäre.
Corona-Regeln werden streng genommen und das gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl. Das neue Ergometer ist für mein Gefühl etwas zu viel. Insbesondere wo gerade viel Platz für Sicherheitsabstände gebraucht wird und das Studio ohnehin nicht sehr groß ist.
Der letzte Umbau für die Crosstrainer war ganz gut, jetzt kann man zum Fenster rausschauen.

Auch mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen kann man dort trainieren, denn die Trainer suchen eine Lösung für dich.
