Nice place for a Afternoon Tea hangout. It felt more British than the UK sometimes.

It is best to book in advance to ensure you get a spot. The service was brilliant! I would give 7 stars if I could give that.

However, despite the large variety of tea selection, we were only able to try 2 each (drinking comfortably) in the time that we were there (2 hours). That is partly because you get a full pot of tea. Apparently the time limit was mentioned in the email confirmation so watch out for that - non peak times may be a better choice to enjoy more of the tea.

All in all, though the food was decent - the scones were amazing and I would still go again.

Amazing hospitality. Gives that England feel. The plain scones were 10/10 with amazing spreads. The desert was awesome and the Tea was plentiful and delicious. Will definitely go again.

Nice experience with a good selection of cakes, teas, and jams.

The scones were excellent as was the clotted cream.

This is definitely a novelty shop with a somewhat cringe approach rather than authentic british high tea. It is fun and filled with images of the queen and stereotypical representation of Britain.

This can be fun though and the quality of the food and tea makes it all go down easier if you are British and hoping for a Harrods style high tea.

It is important to note that true high or afternoon tea needs to be booked in advance. But even without booking, as long as you don't care about the tower presentation, it is easy to purchase some cakes, sandwiches and tea and get basically the same thing.

Good experience overall.

Such a classic and classy place, so beautifully designed and decorated. Amazing atmosphere and very friendly and happy staff. Lot of options to choose but obviously the best is the scones with cream and Marmelade.

Lovely spot, immensely enjoyed our afternoon tea experience here. Hospitality was second to none, relaxed atmosphere, good selection of teas and the food was A1. Particularly liked the scones and of course the desserts - the key lime pie was spot on! Kids loved it too. Watch out for Prince Charles in the WC and the letter from Clarence House! Run by people with a definite love for all things British.
After a day exploring Hamburg on foot, afternoon tea at Eaton Place was a perfect pick me up!

Great variety of teas served in silver pots (8,5 Euro per person) and one of the best shortbread cookies (this one with lime and raspberry) that I’ve ever tried (not overly sweet and not overly buttery). Worth to book a table in advance, mind that the place is tiny and normally packed.
