I have used the spa and had a 40 minute massage here on the second day of Christmas. It is a big wellness complext that is very well equipped. Receptionists are nice and friendly but when I wanted to have more information about the membership options, an extremely unfriendly salesperson named Achim did his best not to sell. I wonder why such rude people work in the service industry. Another shock was a rude massage personnel who told me that I was uneasy (unruhig) as the first thing because I was trying to figure out what to do and where to wait for my massage. This early 40s half-blonde woman was so sassy that she made me feel even more uneasy. There was noone in the massage area to welcome you and the first person I came accross with was this entitled woman who thinks she can just boss customers around. So to sum it up, a great wellness complex is made mediocre by some horrible personnel!

It's OK, but for a place that prices itself on the higher end, it needs a serious overhaul. If I were a grandpa it would suit me fine. But I get a much better deal, much more modern everything and much friendlier staff at the Kaifu Lodge, for example.

Nice gym with nice SPA area, just a bit old, specially for the changing rooms and showers. They offer several classes, they have enough running machines and a good weight lifting area. The ventilation, specially during the summer of the classrooms and in general is not very good, as there is no ventilation system, just the turn on some standing fans.

If you want a gym just to go to the gym without being disturbed is a good option. If you want to go to the gym and make some training friends, this is not the place, unless you are 60+.

Being a member there ... it is hard to judge.
However, the prices are premium and sometimes the equipment isn’t (machines are out of order during a long time or some machines are only available in one exemplar and very often busy).
However, the personnel is great and the amount of courses is quite large which leaves you a lot of training choices.
In addition this place has a pool sauna spa and beauty center so pretty much everything you need.
I would put 5 stars if the premium price was matching the premium equipments proposed. Nevertheless this place is ok.

Beautiful wellness area, everything around there is well-thought-of and comfortable. However, I did not appreciate the "rule" that everyone in the jacuzzis and saunas has to be NAKED. We had an employee walk up to us and inform us to either take our swimsuits off or get out of the jacuzzi. Also, not fun to watch all of those naked people walking around with their genitalia out and about. Would have definitely come back, but I will not because of the silly "naked rule". Shame.
