Hotel is very well kept and looks nice. Rooms are clean and staff very helpful. Great location just 900mt away from the airport

Really big room (family) and considering it's next to the airport it is super quiet in the rooms.
10 min walk to the terminal, good parking price for the week and easy to get to Hamburg by car, bus or train

Nice clean room, good Internet, have fridge, iron board, kettle.
Good shower. Comfortable bed.

- some bits are worn, bed sheets have stains.:(

Have an airport free bus, restaurant is lovely and food is nice there. Recommend!

Rooms are ok, but!
- Arriving late at evening and leaving early morning I expect that the room will be preapered for stay, but mine was not. It was cold in the room, the air-condition was turned off and radiator as well. Having 6 hours of sleep I don't have time to wait until it warms-up in the room.
- The stuff at the front desk was rude and not very helpful.
- The hotel is close to the airport so you can suppose that gusts will leave early to catch morning flights. It would be nice to offer them regular breakfast and not only a croissant and coffee.

Close to the airport, shuttle and pleasant service. Very nice dinner there u0026 surrounded by lovely gardens.

Courtyard Hamburg is a very good Hotel with a convenient distance to the airport. The rooms are quite nice. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and check in was comfortable.
I really want to mention the bartenders and waiters at the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.
Totally recommend to stay here.

This is a convenient place to stay for an early morning flight. The room was small and had an uncomfortable shower, but it was quiet and clean. The restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive, food quality was good, but a little expensive. Shuttle service to the terminal was prompt and courteous. Overall a little too much money for the experience.
