Worst service ever! I don't want to call it a scam, but what would you say if you'd booked a single room and get a spot in a 10 beds room in an hostel? And there is no way to get your money back (the reservation is irreversible, even if you are right!). I strongly don't reccomend this accomodation.

It is a shame that they write inconspicuously that you are booking a room, without making it clear that it is a shared room with 10 people. Each surface is surrounded by a coating. It is unfortunate and frustrating for a person to pay for a room as explained by The Hotel website. You end up in a common room.

Great location, just 1 min from the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station. Clean and comfy rooms. I enjoyed it.

My wife and i booked this hotel for the 15-17 February. On our first night, the music and noise was so loud that we could not sleep until 6 AM. We left in the morning and went to Intercity hotel. Very poor sound insulation! Never got a refund, called the hotel and Expedia, but no luck.
It is truly a one-star hotel, nothing more.

A bit slow check in due to a broken printer. But once all that was fixed we got room 11. Great room, clean, quiet and with everything you need . Would definately recommend this hotel.

מלון גרוע!!!!!!
לא כדאי להתקרב אליו!
הזמנו חדר במלון ללילה אחד, בתאריכים בו התקיימה ועידה G20 וכשהגענו לשדה לא הייתה אפשרות גישה למלון - המשטרה אילצה אותנו להישאר בשדה כדי לא להיכנס.. היו פרעות אלימות בחוץ. התקשרנו למלון והפקיד ענה בזלזול שהוא מבטל את ההזמנה אם לא נגיע והכסף לא יוחזר! וזה מה שקרה!
פנינו דרך הערוצים המוכרים לבוקינג וקיבלנו תשובה שלילית!
לא ממליצה להתקרב למלון!!!! פשוט גנבים!!!!

We booked the hotel when the G20 riots began not knowing what was happening. When we landed in Hamburg, we were told by the information at the airport and by the local police that we will not be able to get to the hotel because its in the middle of the riots, and that it will take a few hours to get there by taxi because the roads are all blocked and it will be a big risk because its a war zone.
When we called the hotel the guy at the reception said this was true but he will not cancel the reservation and he is waiting for us to arrive, we explained the situation but he was not helpful at all
