Schon beim Anruf hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl! Obwohl wir ein günstigeres Angebot von einem anderen Anbieter hatten (40€) war uns schon beim ersten Treffen und der Besichtigung des Campers klar, das wir bei Susanne buchen! Unser California 680 war ein Traum. Hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Die Einweisung war optimal und Susanne hat viel Geduld und beantwortet alle Fragen ausführlich. Es gab sogar eine Tüte mit Nervennahrung und kleinen nützlichen Dingen. Toll war auch das an Salz u Pfeffer in der Küchenausstattung gedacht wurde. Wir würden empfehlen ein Tuch für den Bodenbereich vor der Dusche mitzunehmen (wegen Corona mussten wir im Camper duschen) wir hatten daran gedacht u das war super. Der Kühlschrank ist mit dem großen Gefrierfach super u war sehr leise. Wir würden den 680 wieder nehmen und empfehlen ihn weiter! Er fährt sich ganz toll!!!!!

But there is more. Susanne as the main contact person was available for us at any time before and during the trip. She was very patient with our countless questions (we were traveling with a camper for the first time) and also had valuable tips.
Can only warmly recommend CVH as a landlord !!!

Now to the vehicle, which will certainly also interest some. The Grand California, or “Cali” as we lovingly called it, is a really great vehicle. It has great driving characteristics, which is why each of the 6000 kilometers would be a great pleasure for us. Be it the country roads, the motorways or mountain passes in the Alps with snow, no problem at all for the Cali!
In addition to the positive driving characteristics, the Cali scored particularly well with its comfortable bed. But we also found the many storage compartments, the sensibly installed USB ports and the numerous sockets to be very good. The equipment of the vehicle leaves nothing to be desired.

We hand in the vehicle with a crying eye, but we know that we will be very happy to rent our next vehicle again from CVH.

Wir konnten für 6 1/2 Wochen den neuen Grand California den unseren nennen. Gebucht hatten wir das Fahrzeug schon frühzeitig im letzten Jahr für Mai/Juni 2020. Aufgrund der Reisebeschränkungen für diesen Zeitraum hat uns das Team CVH eine kurzfristige und vor allem kostenlose Stornierung angeboten. Gesetzlich waren sie dazu nicht verpflichtet und dennoch hatten sie für unsere Situation vollstes Verständnis. Für diese unkomplizierte Handhabung und das stets offene Ohr hat das Team alleine schon fünf Sterne verdient.

Aber es geht noch weiter. Susanne als Hauptkontaktperson stand zu wirklich jeder Uhrzeit vor und während der Reise für uns zur Verfügung. Sie war sehr geduldig bei unseren unzähligen Fragen (wir waren das erste mal mit einem Camper unterwegs) und hatte dazu auch noch wertvolle Tipps.
Können CVH als Vermieter nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!

Nun noch zum Fahrzeug, was sicherlich auch einige interessiert. Der Grand California, oder „Cali“ wie wir ihn liebevoll genannt haben ist ein echt tolles Fahrzeug. Er hat super Fahreigenschaften, weshalb jeder der 6000 Kilometer eine große Freude für uns ware. Seien es die Landstraßen, die Autobahnen oder aber auch Bergpässe in den Alpen mit Schnee, für den Cali gar kein Problem!
Neben den positiven Fahreigenschaften hat der Cali vor allem mit seinem bequemen Bett gepunktet. Aber auch die vielen Ablagefächer, die sinnvoll angebrachten USB-Anschlüsse sowie die zahlreichen Steckdosen empfanden wir als sehr gut. Die Ausstattung des Fahrzeugs lässt also kaum Wünsche offen.

Wir geben das Fahrzeug mit einem weinenden Auge ab, wissen aber, dass wir bei der CVH unser nächstes Fahrzeug sehr gerne wieder mieten werden.
