Here we’re talking! I really do not rate 5 stars all the time. The owner is just very friendly and perfect for advises on wines. The selection is really “select” and well prepared. She is very smiley and welcoming, not talking about the few dishes she makes herself ont he back kitchen. And the place is really cosy. No doubt that we will go there again, and on regular basis. Thank you.

My favourite place in Hamburg! Warmest welcome and advice on wines from Beverly, beautiful wines and delicious cheese and charcuterie plates, just pure bliss, highly recommended! Enjoy!

Nice and cosy atmosphere with an interesting wine variety. Also recommend to try some of the „finger-food“ that will be freshly made

Nice wine bar, nice atmosphere ... but: we feel very much robbed. we had a good bottle of wine and on the bottle was written 42 euros. the owner didn't think about to tell us that she would add 18 euros service money. we think it was a scam, a normal person would have informed us us about the surcharge! Don't bother going there, yes it's nice but you get ripped off! In the end we payed 60 bucks, which would be fine IF they would make a transparent price policy ...

Calistoga Wine Saloon was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Hamburg! If you're a fan of natural wines and easygoing food this is certainly the place in Hamburg.

The owner Beverly makes sure you feel absolutely welcome and at home in the cozy environment. And even though it's placed a bit from the city center, there's a trainstation 2 minutes away.

I simply cannot recommend this place enough!

Very cute little place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also serve small bites to along with the wine for those who get peckish. The Portuguese red is particularly recommendable.

Small wine bar with great character. Prices a little high and service could have been a little faster.
