Very cute and modest cafe. The breakfast is also delicious and the choice of music was so nice. It was a pleasant discovery.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Avoid, unless you want to be ignored. The staff is rude, and the tables are dirty. After 10 minutes, we left without ordering anything.

The *customer* is the problem, really? Your reply says it all, I think... We experienced the same kind of attitude at Café Neo.

We sat down to the only single available table, it was sticky, disgusting, and full of stuff. Nobody came to us for more than 10 minutes - neither to clean the table, nor to take our order. After that, when a smaller table became free, your colleague immediately asked us to move there, but we told her it was way too small and uncomfortable, even for 1 person. Then she said: "okay, but if someone comes, you'll HAVE TO (!) move to that table". "HAVE TO"...? I thought it was a café, not a military training camp.

Finally, it's really interesting how it was enough for you to identify the exact case, only based on writing "staff is rude"...

I kindly suggest you and your staff to learn about customer service before opening or working in a café.

Until then, I don't recommend anyone (especially tourists) to visit this place. ☝️

Great breakfast place! I went there a few times while doing some work in Hamburg. The breakfast pancakes were excellent with lots of fresh fruits of very good quality and maple syrup. I also really loved the coffee and the relaxed atmosphere.

This place has improved incredibly over the last 3 months! Amazing smoothies, great coffee and friendly service with a smile. Love this place!

The owner might not be everyone's cup of tea but somehow she manages to serve some tasty coffee u0026 food. The weekend brunch is a great alternative in the neighborhood.
Go in with a positive attitude and you will avoid drama.

Cosy cafe, quite OK but nothing extraordinary. The last time I was there, the staff mixed up my order with the order of another customer (the cafe was not full or anything) as she seemed a bit too distracted by chatting to the customers. It also took some time for my order and food to arrive. There are better options for sure but I might come by again for (hopefully the right) coffee.
