Wir wurden um 20€ betrogen, haben nicht den Kaffee bekommen den wir bezahlt haben. Wir haben vor Ort gekauft und leider nicht genau kontrolliert. Eine Rechnung haben wir uns leider nicht geben lassen. Aber bis jetzt hat der Kaffee immer gut geschmeckt, werde mir jetzt aber einen anderen Händler suchen. Auch sehr schade für die Kollektive, dass die einen so unseriösen Händler haben. Ich kann nur von einer Bestellung abraten.

Leckerer und fairer Kaffee, aber der Service hat leider sehr nachgelassen. Hab schon mehrfach bestellt, aber die letzten 3 Male musste ich Café Libertad immer telefonisch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass sie mein Paket noch los schicken müssen - es wurde schlichtweg 3 Mal vergessen + das Geld wurde fast immer 1 - 1/2 Wochen später abgebucht, quasi aus heiterem Himmel. Ich bin nicht mehr zufrieden und werde nicht mehr bestellen.
