Disastrous service, absolutely not customer oriented. First we had to ask to change table because of the cold air coming from the door opened in the kitchen. Denied because no other table was "prepared"... We had to ask again to close the door because was cold and windy at the table (inside the place).. After waiting 1.30 h without receiving any of the ordered food (in the almost empty restaurant), and seeing other people who came later being served before us, we dicede to pay only the drinks and leave. They wanted us to pay the entire bill anyway to have the order packed to take-away or leave it and pay half (without having managed to eat anything after 2 hours in the place). We don't think this is a reasonable request without having delivered any service to the customers. After long discussion we agree just a discount, no need to say the evening was ruined. Moreover my friend who explicitly asked to have it without mayo because she is intolerant had everything with mayo anyway... The sushi was well presented but actually not so tasty, anyway not worth waiting 2 hours and feeling being kidded as customers. Totally disappointing.
