Nice place to relax alone or with the family. Necessary to bring a beach umbrella or something to repair in sunny days.
Garbage cans are missing on the way...and not so many people are educated to bring the garbage away.

Just an amazing place to walk and explore with dunes and forest together, this is a nature exception environment. it has a lot of pathways and little secret spots to explore .. Im looking forward to go in the summer to try the lake and have a swimming day and picnic too.

It's a really beautiful piece of nature very close to Hamburg and being there is like being on holidays for a few hours. It takes a bit longer but it's fun riding there by bike. Otherwise there's also a really good connection via subway.
