A small but nice park, wedged between two rather busy roads. The park contains maintained walking paths but also some tracks through the forest. Dogs are allowed to roam free which is nice. At the end of the park there are paths that follow the sliver of forest left in the direction of Farmsen. The park isn’t big enough for a meaningful run, but does provide an opportunity to get some quiet time it you live in the adjacent areas.

Nice park. Excellent for walking your dog, as dogs with a no-leash-permit may run freely.

Sehr schöne Oase im äussersten Nordosten Hamburgs. Und sehr erfreulich, dass der Park völlig naturbelassen ist. Wildwiesen und Totholz an dem beeindruckenden alten Baumbestand zur Förderung der Insekten- und Artenvielfalt. Der ehemalige Gutshof im Gutspark, inzwischen Berner Schloss genannt, ist ein Zentrum für kulturelle Veranstaltungen.
